About the Tours
- Small Groups. We limit the number to around 10 persons, who can fit around a dinner table or comfortably into a minibus.
- Escorted. I travel with all groups, as I have done since 1965 when I first entered the tourism business.
- Variety. I'm a great believer in seeing how the local folks live. So, sometime we use public transportation, as well as first class train and private minibus.
- Meals. We use different types of restaurants to allow for variety: sometimes tasting local, simple dishes, at other times enjoying more elaborate meals.
- Local guides and speakers. I have found well-informed local guides and speakers to give us the details of each community, and to add background information to make the trip more enjoyable.
